Case 1 - Budgeting System
The Finance Secretary to the Niue Government needed a Budgeting system that would enable him to prepare and budget reports to Cabinet. We provided an Excel-based system which enabled him to:

Case 2 - Simple Tailored Accounting Package
SAFI provided a non-profit organisation a simple Excel-based accounting package which enabled:
- Users to enter cash book data in an idiot-proof environment;
- Reviewers to see summary reports, including monthly and year to date profit and loss statements, current balance sheet, and comparisons with budget data, all with full audit-trail, and have these automatically update for any changes they made;
- The Treasurer to automatically generate summary reports backed with detail as necessary.
The big win for the organisation was getting Cost-Centre based management reporting built in. Another big win was that this was extremely simple for us to create.
