Our head of development is a Chartered Accountant by background, and he brought with him five years experience working directly with customers such as GE, Barclays Global Banking, Cable & Wireless and Guiness on custom software builds in the professional environment of the large corporate.

We won't start a large project without producing and agreeing a specification document. This ensures both parties are clear as to what is being built. Our specification documents are highly visual in order to be business-friendly. We're fans of “Don't Make Me Think” and as far as possible we try to take that approach into both our development for customers and our communications with customers.

Then throughout the process we keep in touch with our customers to ensure development is on the right tracks, and to gather feedback. And we're on hand afterwards to help our customers get used to their new systems.
